Michelle brings more than 25 years of management experience in the technology industry, having held senior leadership roles across both large multinational corporations and startups.
She has led diverse, multicultural teams across the globe and driven the strategy and end-to-end execution of complex software platforms. Her experience spans a wide range of areas, including B2B and B2C applications, as well as technology infrastructure.
From pursuing dual master’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Computer Science in the United States to rising from an entry-level engineer to a senior corporate executive, Michelle has experienced the many stages of building a career in North America firsthand.
She is particularly experienced in fostering collaboration and integrating resources across complex organizations. For many years, she has also been dedicated to mentoring Asian professionals, helping them better understand workplace dynamics, leverage their strengths, and build more confident, sustainable career paths.
Drawing on her extensive experience as both a technology executive and mentor, Michelle will share practical insights on career planning, job-search strategy, and resume development, helping participants approach the North American job market with greater clarity and confidence.
