The New York Chapter is the home chapter of RUCNAAA, covering New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. It hosts alumni socials, career events, and activities around the annual MingDe Forum.

The Atlanta Chapter was the first chapter the association established outside its New York headquarters, and draws on a strong local alumni community. In 2018 it supported the association's event with the Carter Center marking the 40th anniversary of China–US diplomatic relations; recent activities include Spring Festival gatherings, a Tea & Zen salon and MingDe salons.

The Houston Chapter was established by resolution of the association's board in November 2021 as the hub for alumni in the southwestern United States, and was formally inaugurated in April 2022. Its events include alumni reunions and “No Peak Too High”, an alumnus's talk on climbing Mount Everest.

The Montreal Chapter was founded in July 2023 and inaugurated on November 12, 2023, with a video address by RUC Vice President Zheng Xinye. It has hosted the first and second MingDe Culture Forum North America, and holds Spring Festival and Mid-Autumn cultural events with partners such as the McGill Chinese Students and Scholars Association.
