Mr. Li Deshun is President of Benimax Investment Group and Managing Partner of Aceland Capital.

Mr. Li has more than 23 years of investment and management experience in multifamily real estate. A 1982 graduate of Renmin University of China's Department of Industrial Economics, he began investing in Canadian apartment properties in 1997. In 2013 he came to the United States and founded Benimax, investing in real estate across the Southeast with Atlanta at its center — within six years Benimax had acquired and managed more than 7,000 rental apartment units in that fast-growing market. In 2016 he co-founded Aceland Capital, expanding from Class B/C into the full spectrum of multifamily assets including premium Class A, extending the footprint from Georgia into Texas and Florida, and attracting a growing base of high-net-worth and institutional investors from around the world.

Mr. Li received the Legacy Award of the 2017 Georgia Minority Business Awards. He is an active contributor to regional development, a regular charitable donor, and an organizer of business exchanges that give small and medium-sized enterprises a platform for mutual support. He currently serves as Chair of the RUC North America Alumni Association.

Mr. Wu is the Director of Asian Markets of National Financial Network (NFN), overseeing the firm’s Asia-focused market development and client engagement initiatives, providing comprehensive financial solutions in America for Asian clients with cross-border financial planning needs, with services spanning financial planning, tax planning, wealth management, estate planning, and insurance.

Mr. Wu has over 20 years of experience in the top-tier international financial media industry. He served as an editor at Bloomberg News’ headquarters in New York for more than a decade. Prior to that, he held various positions at major financial media institutions where he built a deep network of high-level professional contacts across the economics, financial, and corporate sectors in both China and the United States. Mr. Wu is also the founder of Next Ridges, a boutique consulting firm based in New York, offering tailored solutions to the unique needs of corporate institutions and high-net-worth families within the U.S. as well as cross-border, bidirectional strategies for clients between the U.S. and China.

Mr. Wu is heavily involved in organizations dedicated to pioneer research, collaboration, and innovation in the fintech sector and promotes collaboration between fintech centers around the world. On top of his extensive global network, he is dedicated and compassionate in developing and achieving professional excellence in the financial industry, as well as being the liaison amongst industry leaders within the United States. He has co-founded the North America MingDe Forum, which has since held eleven consecutive annual sessions and has become a well-recognized brand for professional forums on economics, finance, and investment in the New York area. In his spare time, he actively volunteers and is currently serving as the President of the RUC North America Alumni Association, helping to develop the next generations of financial professionals and expanding its chapters into a large alumni network spanning across the United States and Canada.

Mr. Wu is a CFA Charterholder. He was a graduate of Renmin University of China, where he earned his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and EMBA degrees. He also serves as a board member of several professional nonprofit organizations, such as the Renmin University of China Alumni Association, the Entrepreneurs Chapter of the Alumni Association, and the Overseas Friendship Association of Beijing.

Ms. Liu Jing is Managing Director of JStar Capital, where she manages securities and real-estate portfolios. Previously she was a Director at GE Capital, responsible for regulatory compliance across twelve business units; before that she focused on international real-estate research in GE's real-estate investment arm and on portfolio analytics at GE Asset Management. Prior to GE, Ms. Liu was a Vice President in the private-client group at Merrill Lynch headquarters, developing new products for high-net-worth clients; earlier she worked with a small team in Merrill Lynch's treasury, helping manage the $40 billion bond portfolio that provided liquidity for the firm.

Ms. Liu holds a master's degree in economics from Renmin University of China, is a CFA charterholder, and holds real-estate licenses in Connecticut and New York.
