In May 2025, while the North America delegation was back at RUC for the inaugural Global Alumni Congress, the association was named an “RUC Outstanding Alumni Organization” at the alumni-affairs conference, for the 2024 review year.

“MingDe Forum North America” registered as a U.S. trademark

“MingDe Forum North America” was formally approved as a registered U.S. service mark in October 2025: USPTO Principal Register, Reg. No. 7,981,486, registered 14 October 2025, Int. Cl. 41, owned by the RUC North America Alumni Association.

“MingDe Decade Outstanding Contribution Award” established

At the MingDe Forum 2024 Annual Conference in November 2024 the association presented the inaugural “MingDe Decade Outstanding Contribution Award”, honouring the companies and individuals who supported the Forum through its first ten years.

In January 2024 our alma mater conferred the 2023 “Excellent Alumni Organization Award” on RUC NAAA, recognising the association’s work once again.
