Announcement on Leadership Transition (Part I)
According to the Charter of the RUC North America Alumni Association and relevant resolutions, following democratic nomination, consultation, and voting, 15 alumni including Gu Ying were elected as members of the Third Council. Alumnus Dawson Lee was elected as the Chairperson of the Third Council, and alumni Wu Yafeng and Liu Jing were elected as Vice Chairpersons. The Third Council assumes office from the date the election takes effect, with a term of three years.

According to the Charter of the RUC North America Alumni Association, the Third Council has, through nomination and voting, appointed:
Alumnus Wu Yafeng as President.
According to the Charter of the RUC North America Alumni Association, the Third Council has, through voting, approved the management committee nominated by President Wu Yafeng and appointed:
Alumni Cen Ming, Feng Xuejiao, Gu Ying, Jiang Xinyi, Nian Yiqun, Tian Tian, Xu Junjun, and Zhang Shu as Vice Presidents. Alumna Zhu Hongjie as Secretary-General; alumni Chang Jieya, Feng Zhuo, Liang Ying, Wang Peng, and Zhang Yong as Deputy Secretaries-General. Alumna Lin Ping as Chief Financial Officer; alumni Lin Lingtong and Wu Jingyu as Financial Managers. Alumna Feng Xuejiao as Head of the Publicity Department; alumni Li Jing and Sun Siyang as Deputy Heads. Xu Junjun as President of the Atlanta Branch, Liang Ying as Secretary-General of the Atlanta Branch, and Li Yang as Vice President of the Atlanta Branch. Gu Ying as President of the Houston Branch, Wang Peng as Secretary-General of the Houston Branch, and Leng Shuang as Vice President of the Houston Branch. The appointments of the Third Management Committee shall take effect from the date of this announcement, with a term of three years.
